1- No more Spamming. Spamming the board distracts board members trying to discuss real issues, and makes maintaining an intelligent discussion difficult. Sure, there is an ignore function, but when people continue spamming the board they tend to stop any intelligent discussion that may have been going on, and lower the level of discussion for everyone.
2- Spamming is defined as always suggesting that a problem - whether real or perceived - be solved by creating a new government agency or providing more power to an old agency. Spamming also includes asking for more taxes to support "healthcare", prevent "global warming" or control handguns.
3- Posters will not be permitted to use the Palatino Linotype Font or post any nonsense that is likely to induce bloody tears on board members.
