The "dialog" between tended to go the way of all dialogs between us - downhill. You insisted that people were able to reach you via ICQ. I tried that to inform you, via ICQ, that I was going to ban you for two days for using the moderator privileges you still had because of a technical glitch to harass another poster.

I tried yesterday to reach you agian via ICQ with message - something distinctive so if you read it, it would be obvious. This time I had the foresight to record the message before I sent it - here it is in all it's typo'd glory - on my Mac using Safari on the DBS site:

Here's where we have a problem: while I did get your status as "SuperModerator" removed, for some technical reason I still cannot ban you - the program just won't allow it.

You should not be able to benefit from a code malfunction. So I hope you will manage to take the two days off voluntarily. If you are an honorable man you will do so.

There is also the matter of logging in under multiple IDs for the sole purposes of leaving bad repudation points. The details of this will follow in my next post to this thread.

I suspected that your outrage over reputation points wouldn't be satisfied and I was correct. I checked my CP and found three "naughty" marks on one thread - two from posters I had never heard of before.

I have hidden the IP numbers to protect your identity. But you now have three alter-IDs: nike, adidas, and busterbrown.

This truly is one of the most petty bits of nonsense I have ever seen. You didn't bother dinging me with busterbrown, I suspect you went after Hunter Rose. I will restore both his and my reputation scores.

You get a week off for multiple IDs. That's 9 days total you need to take. I hope you will manage to do so without a lot of fuss. If you can't manage to do so voluntarily I will have to petition the board to ask what is to be done with you.

You may reply to this thread for 24 hours to speak your peace (that is more than other posters get). Any other posts to any other threads will be a voilation of your banning.

Lib -- I'm sure -- remembers the incident well. I pointed them out to him, but -- since he wasn't posting with them -- no infraction existed. In fact, several posters here have more than one persona. You wouldn't know it unless you spent virtually hours searching them out. The reason for the resounding silence from other members over this issue revolves around this fact.

Thus...while you're congratulating yourself...work on your rules if you think I did anything wrong. Remember, those rules were rehearsed rather completely, weren't they?
