Those struggling to come to terms with Germany's absurd "holocaust denial" laws must first understand that they really have nothing to do with the alleged Jewish holocaust and the affirmation or refutation thereof. If that were the case, there would be no reason to use them, since the truth, being self-evident and requiring neither proof nor vast armies of supporting lawyers and judges, would stand on its own merits and win the day.

These statutes, which also require that a defendant charged with such "crimes" be represented by a lawyer who is expressly forbidden under the same punitive laws from introducing in court evidence that would support his client's arguments, fly in the face of basic human intelligence and make a mockery of the rule of law in the so-called age of reason.

Ostensibly designed to protect a controversial and hotly disputed post-war narrative written against the backdrop of contrary findings established by the Red Cross and British and American occupation tribunals, these ridiculous impositions on intellectual inquiry and the resultant show trial of the historian and patriot Ernst Zundel are now, despite an almost total nationwide media blackout, having the effect of exciting the curiosity of younger Germans who simply refuse to be told what to think without the benefit of a free and open public debate.

Ironically, Ernst Zundel has never denied that thousands or possibly millions of European non-ethnic Jews, together with communists, Gypsies and others out of favour with the regime, were persecuted and murdered by the fascist state.

His argument that the mysteriously magic, sacred occult number of six million is simply untenable is supported not only by Jewish academics such as Norman Finkelstein, it has been confirmed, albeit without fanfare, by the German government itself. The dramatic downward revision of the number of European non-ethnic Jews alleged to have died at Auschwitz and other detention centres is a case in point. I am mightily impressed by government statistics: 6 million minus 2 million still makes 6 million. Now, who could argue with that kind of logic - and not go to jail?

If statistics can be trained to sing "Puppet on a String" while leaping through rings of fire, why the hysteria and the recent police-state crackdown on professors of history, journalists and biographers? Such actions, unprecedented in any society that likes to think of itself as progressive, liberal, democratic and free, are in themselves clear evidence of blind panic and fear at the highest levels of government and among the elite who own and control the German and European mass media; for what is at stake here is surely more than the alleged iinfringement of an eccentric statute: it is the very existence of the Federal Republic itself and the despised European Union which its long-suffering taxpayers are forced to subsidise.

The cult of the Jewish holocaust is fundamental to Germany's officially imposed state religion: legalistic, political Zionism, propagated daily in the mass media and reinforced by a legion of judicious bureaucrats and self-obsessed politicians. Whether Social Democrat or "Christian" Democrat, neo-Marxist or neo-liberal, the government of the day is dutifully trained to look first to Tel Aviv for its legitimacy. It is instructive to note that, at least once a year, the incumbent German President or Chancellor must stand in front of the Knesset in Israel and, with quivering lower lip and a freshly peeled onion, throw his best Elizabeth Taylor act and read from the same worn script stapled together with exhausted and sometimes ludicrously inappropriate diplomatic cliches.

This perennial ritual is always embarrassing, obsequious and viciously humiliating to behold. Nonetheless, the German government at least acknowledges publicly that it is wealthy, globalist Israelis and their glove-puppets in the City of London who control Germany, not the German people. And those who control Germany control the dark, towering superstructure of the despised and hated European Union.

In the eyes of this grubby little Mafia of international criminals, which includes the uppermost doyens of the British and American elites, the German people, already saddled with an unpopular currency and wealth-destroying surcharges that only serve to pay the extortionate rates of interest imposed on the nation's spiralling budget deficit, are easy roadkill on the brave new highway to EU expansionism, globalisation and "world governance": naive, trusting and good for only work, taxes and blood-money.

The holocaust denial laws were introduced as a social experiment to see how far ordinary people could be pushed to accept outlandish Catch-22 legislation, with the proviso that such laws would be adopted into the main body of EU statutes in a process of creeping, scarcely articulated gradualism. They will eventually apply to England, Scotland and Wales, despite the opposition of the Freemasonic British-Israel movement, an occult order patronised by royalty that believes Caucasian British people to be the only real descendants of the biblical ethnic Jews. Political and economic Zionism will then become the state ideology of the emerging European Soviet and play a role commensurate to that of the former communist Soviet Union under the auspices of the Bolshevik Politburo, which was in turn dominated by European non-ethnic "Jews" who supervised the murder of 13-17 million Russian Christians, patriots, Cossacks and other "undesirables". It remains the holocaust that dare not speak its name.

Strange things happen to people who understand this clandestine agenda and seek to expose it. Christian patriots in public life, men such as the late Juergen Moellemann, who are brave enough to voice their criticism of the state of Israel and its unremitting warmongering and continuing genocide of the Palestinian people in the illegally occupied territories have a strange habit of committing suicide without due cause or of leaving this world in bizarre accidents that defy forensic science. Then their reputations are trashed by means of scurrilous innuendos disseminated in a series of unsubstantiated newspaper revelations that cease once the damage has been caused.

I'm sure my readers in the United States and in England can think of many more fine men and women who have had their careers destroyed or their lives snuffed-out for just one brave, defiant act of courage: telling the truth in the Realm of Lies. Telling the truth, because the moment you kiss the whip of their cruel deceptions or go along to get along, comfortably partitioned from the outside world in the warmth of your living room, you are no longer free, but a slave by default, a slave by choice. Telling the truth, because it's the right thing to do. Telling the truth, because there's no other way to live.

Whoever hates genuine patriots and men of integrity, hates them with a vengeance and a bloodthirsty viciousness that goes well beyond the pathological and borders on the Satanic. Having spent many months studying the German constitution and the framework governing its relations with the rest of Europe, the United States and the United Nations, I can now reveal an amazing little secret that the Zionists and architects of the European Union don't want you to know.

The modern Federal Republic of Germany is illegal. It does not exist in real constitutional terms. It isn't even recognised by international institutions as the legitimate nation state of Germany.

On 5 June 1945, the Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force (SHAEF) accepted Germany's declaration of defeat and quickly moved to recognise the legitimacy of the Zweite Deutsche Reich (Second German Reich), which had been illegally displaced by Hitler's Third Reich. The SHAEF laws underpinned a treaty between the occupation authorities and the Second German Reich, in which the latter was invested with full administrative rights and governmental sovereignty throughout most of Berlin and in all of the German states. A parallel state, founded by ambitious lawyers and Zionist activists and still known as the Federal Republic of Germany (BRD), competed with the Second German Reich for legitimacy but officially lost its right to grant citizenship and issue passports in 1954, just as was the case with East Germany (DDR) thirty-six years later. Technically, any German with a passport issued by the BRD is now stateless: around 70 million of them.

Following the collapse of the DDR, a treaty known as the "2 Plus 4" confirmed that only the Second German Reich, now led by Reichskanzler (Prime Minister) Dr Wolfgang Gerhard Guenter Ebel, represented the legitimate German State. In July 1990, the Secretary of the US Department of State, James Baker, confirmed in writing to German Chancellor Helmut Kohl that the BRD had come to the end of its lifetime and should be dissolved. From that moment on, the United Nations destroyed all of its stationery and placards that carried the words "Federal Republic of Germany" or BRD and replaced them with use of the broader term "Germany" in lieu of the anticipated "German Reich". Almost everyone in diplomatic circles around the world expected the re-emergent German Reich to take over where the BRD had left off. Yet the government in Bonn, and later in Berlin, continued and still continues to act and behave as if nothing really happened: a sort of disembodied ghost that has no idea that its corpse perished many years ago.

Despite this highly unusual situation, the Second German Reich continues to issue its own passports and driving licences. Over the last two or three years there has been a sharp increase in the number of motorists who have been acquitted for speeding or parking offences, simply on the strength of their having produced a German Reich driving licence. The illegal German government in Berlin is so worried about the publicity, it has leaned heavily on newspapers not to report on such matters and it has instructed judges to dismiss cases where a defendant is likely to prove that his citizenship of the German Reich permits him not to recognise the BRD and its courts as legitimate administrative constructs. They are horrified at the publicity each of these cases brings. Quite clearly, the Zionist German elite and their fellow conspirators in Brussels and Tel Aviv and in every major bank and insurance company in the western hemisphere are terrified lest the people come to know the truth, for it would presage the unravelling not only of a dogma reinforced by secular excommunication, but of two major administrative constructs built on lies and subterfuge: the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.

The very real fact of the matter is this: Not one of the judges responsible for the arraignment, prosecution and imprisonment of Ernst Zundel is a legal office-holder under true constitutional German law. Mr Zundel has every right to instruct his lawyers to submit a deposition to the state attorney, outlining in clear language his decision not to recognise the writ of the court on the grounds that it has never had the constitutional authority to try domestic or foreign citizens, ceased to exist as a constitutionally validated regulator of citizenship in 1954 and became absolutely and irrevocably illegal on the same day that the already unconstitutional Federal Republic of Germany (formerly West Germany, BRD) merged with the German Democratic Republic (East Germany, DDR), automatically reverting to its true constitutional status as the Second German Reich under the legitimate Chancellorship of Dr Wolfgang Gerhard Guenter Ebel.

Zundel may also wish to point out that United Nations protocols still define Germany as "the enemy state". That's because no peace treaty was ever ratified between the Second German Reich and the occupation authorities. The United Nations, by its own admission, thus recognises the Federal Republic for what it was always meant to be: nothing more than a temporary holding operation for the central banks and private banking cartels until a competent body representing the Second German Reich would be in a position to conclude a peace deal. The BRD was never granted the constitutional instruments necessary to conclude a peace treaty, and as long as it pretends to exist, Germany is still considered to be an occupied nation at war with the "international community".

On 31 July 1973, the Bundesverfassungsgericht (Federal Constitutional Court) was forced to concede the following ruling in regard to an upcoming treaty between the BRD and the communist DDR: "It remains the case that the German Reich survived the collapse of 1945 and did not cease to exist, neither through capitulation nor the exercise of foreign power in Germany on the part of the allies; it possesses today, as it always has, legal and judicial sovereignty, although as a State it is lacking in organisation. The BRD is not the legal successor of the German Reich."

Please allow me to re-state the ruling handed down by the Federal Republic's own Supreme Constitutional Court in 1973. It deserves to be written large and draped from every official building, monument and highway bridge in Germany: THE BRD IS NOT THE LEGAL SUCCESSOR OF THE GERMAN REICH.

And here's the really nice part.

Since the Second German Reich is not liable for the banking debts accrued by the BRD or for any legislation enacted by the BRD, including obligations attendant to every EEC and EU treaty signed by "government" representatives of the BRD since 25 March 1957, the German people, if only they would pay attention, are being offered a clean slate to start over: free of debt, free of the United Nations, free of the European Union, free of "reparations" to Israel and free of repressive Zionist legislation such as the notorious "holocaust" laws. All they have to do is learn about the fraudulent nature of the state in which they live and issue an immediate Cease and Desist Order requiring the expeditious stand-down of the illegal Berlin government. Incredible though that may sound, it really is just that simple.

Happily, more and more Germans are coming to learn about their true constitutional rights and are renouncing citizenship of the fictitious BRD in ever greater numbers. Year on year, the offices of the Second German Reich are increasingly inundated with applications for Reich passports and driving licences. With passports selling for 100 euros a piece, some are being deliberately scammed by online pretenders. The Zionists will make sure that those stories are given the widest publicity in the press with the intention of discrediting by association Dr Wolfgang Gerhard Guenter Ebel and the living reality of the Second German Reich. But their mischief is driving curious minds to learn more about their secret, hidden history and the wealth of opportunities that awaits them and their children should they decide to bail out of the New World Order and its globalist nightmare.

Where is the evidence for this? I am not a debunker but would like documentation. Presumably Baker's motives, if this story is correct, is to get the anomalous persistence of the Second German Reich tidied up and out of the way, by taking it over. Why would he address the demand to Kohl that he should wind up the BRD if Kohl had no means of complying with this demand? Did Baker expect to be able to secure a co-operative attitude from the supporters of the Second German Reich?

In a recent essay http://www.rense.com/general69/excc.htm Michael James contends that the Federal Republic of Germany (BRD) is illegal and illegitimate. Is he right?

This is a subject with which I have some familiarity. Over the years I've read quite a lot on German constitutional law and history. I've carefully studied the German Federal Republic's "Basic Law" (constitution), in both German and English. I'm also familiar with the argument presented by James, which updates arguments that have been made by Manfred Roeder and others over the years.

First of all, some of the key "facts" presented by James are just plain wrong. It is not true, for example, that in 1990 "Almost everyone in diplomatic circles around the world expected the re-emergent German Reich to take over where the BRD had left off." In fact, nearly every knowledgeable observer, including diplomats, anticipated precisely what did happen.

More to the point, the basic argument presented here by James is little more than self-indulgent sophistry. It reminds me of the argument made by people who refuse to pay US federal income tax on the grounds that the 16th amendment to the US constitution was not properly ratified. The argument that the German Federal Republic is illegitimate has about as much validity as the argument that the US Constitution is not valid because the convention that wrote it had no legal mandate to do so, and because the constitution improperly replaced the Articles of Confederation. One could just as validly argue that West Virginia courts and police have no authority because the state was illegally separated from the rest of Virginia in 1861 and improperly "admitted" to the Union in 1863.

The German Federal Republic is at least as legitimate as the regime established in the aftermath of the First World War. The constitution of Germany's "Weimar republic," promulgated in 1919, was recognized as legal by most Germans, including the National Socialists, in spite of the high-handed way that the republic was proclaimed in November 1918. Indeed, throughout the nearly twelve years of its existence, the National Socialist regime recognized the 1919 constitution as legally valid.

Since its establishment in 1949, more than half a century ago, the overwhelmingly majority of Germans have accepted the Federal Republic of Germany and its "Basic Law" as valid and legitimate. It is, of course, also recognized by all other governments around the world.

Legitimacy for a government or a regime is based less on legalistic formality than on acceptance by its own people, especially over time. On that basis, the Federal Republic of Germany is legal and legitimate. Those who embrace with hope seemingly clever but empty arguments such as those made by James will inevitably be disillusioned. And most Germans will understandably dismiss those who make such arguments as hopelessly out of touch with reality.

There is no doubt that "Arianna's Online Forum" is controlled by the bigotry of the ADL and ACLU rhetoric, else "Current Event" News and discussions on Zundel and even discussions by an Orthodox Jewish fella on Bush / NeoCon uses of the Protocal methods could happen on the more prominent "Current Events" area without extensive harrassment.

Instead, even an Orthodox Jewish fella was berated for even the mention of the word "Protocols," even after all was well defined. Orthodox Jewish fella was attacked by pure hatred that called him a "Kapo."

I have read very little of what Zundel wrote, but in the world of "Freedom of Speech," truth always rides on the merits of the presentation of the case. If 6 million died, just show the data. That is all it takes for any real discussion, even for Zundel. All the data, from the concentration camp records, the Red Cross's Soviet data, the Allies Findings on gassing, and so on. It appears the problems lie in these issues were not well investigated, even by the war crimes commission in Germany. Wars kill people, and there is no doubt lots of people died. Just how and where is hard to say, which appears the crux of the Zundel issues, which appear more oriented toward supporting Hitler and Nazism.

Hitler and the Nazis uses supremicist language, and what is more important these days is that Hitler appears to have used elements of religion as his model for the 3rd Reicht's supremicist language. Afterall, elements in Torah and Talmud tell that non-Jews are nothing and the equilavent of animals, sub-human. One can't point to Hitler, without pointing to the religious model he employed to gain power and rule. One cannot even get into Bush / Neo-Con methods without seeing the same games that Hitler's Reicht ministry employed to make war.

It would appear bigot language like this: "Sure glad we have a special forum for these folks."
(a sort of bigiot oriented hate speech and incitement of hatred against those who read both sides) also applies to all the Allies, as they wrote this sort of thing below. All I do is read both sides.

There are those who HATE real "Current Events" related news, even what appears to be historical records, and those who inclusively read both sides.

Generally speaking those that hate this sort of Current Event also hate Christ, just for making predictions and finding problems. It appears the Catholics are taking over Jerusalem, and guess who wins in the End-Times---the ultimate truths. Some people hated the fella that bore those ultimate truths too, and this still causes problems today.

Bigots like Dingo and his ADL / ACLU followers can't have Christ's birthday openly advertised in stores. There is only one faction that doesn't like the morals and values of Christ, and their bigotry is infamous and obvious. Kill Christmas is their message. Once wasn't enough for the man, kill his words and memory. Attack Revelations and the science behind Revelations. Cover up the causes for the weather and health problems affecting the world too.

Me, I like Christmas and even the Santas. I like reading all sides of things. I have a very strong appreciation of the message of Jesus. Revelations is a lot more significant to me than a Holocaust. I don't like those who attempt to erase Christ's Celebration off the calendar, or those that hate this event. So, I wish all "Merry Christmas."

The Russian Gulags were worse in numbers killed than the Holocaust issues, and there should be just as much outrage there too. There have been lots of Crusades involving killing varied factions, so goes the extremes of those wanting power and control. Always the bigoted words of hate associated with religion's prejudices. The Allied Commissions of Inquiry have so far established that no people were killed by poison gas in the following concentration camps: Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald, Dachau, Flossenbürg, Gross-Rosen, Mauthausen and its satellite camps, Natzweiler, Neuengamme, Niederhagen (Wewelsburg), Ravensbrück, Sachsenhausen, Stutthof, Theresienstadt.

In those cases, it has been possible to prove that confessions had been extracted by tortures and that testimonies were false.

This must be taken into account when conducting investigations and interrogations with respect to war crimes.

The result of this investigation should be brought to the cognizance of former concentration camp inmates who at the time of the hearings testified on the murder of people, especially Jews, with poison gas in those concentration camps. Should they insist on their statements, charges are to be brought against them for making false statements.

Lachout testified (in a Canadian court case) that he had drafted this letter for Major Müller's signature and had watched him sign it. He had then had copies made in the office which he certified, signed and stamped. The letter was translated into three languages and confirmed by the controlling officer. Only then was it allowed to be issued. The letter was circulated to every military Kommando in the Russian zone to keep personnel aware of the state of investigations. No one was ever charged with making false statements because they withdrew their statements as soon as they heard about the letter.

Report: Israel To Hand Control Of Jerusalem To Vatican

Israel is to give the Vatican control over one of the most sacred Christian sites in Jerusalem, several European newspapers have reported recently. According to the reports, Israel will give the Holy See possession of the Coenaculum, or the Room of the Last Supper (also known as the Upper Room or the Cenacle), on Mount Zion.

In response to the news, I wrote an article which proved the handover of the Old City of Jerusalem was a done deal. In fact, it was one of the secret clauses of the first Oslo "peace" accord signed by the Israeli government.

A week after, I received a phone call from a rabbi of the Diaspora Yeshiva. He explained that the Tourism Minister was visiting their school the next day and he was trying to fill the study hall to prove to the government that their yeshiva was too valuable to be given away.

I replied that I would not partake in such a spectacle. I might come if the students forcibly barred the Minister or any government official from entering the property. Hadn't he learned anything from Gush Katif? The government of Israel couldn't care less about him and could care even less how many students he can pack into a room. Mount Zion was a litmus test of how much opposition the government and its corrupted army could expect when all of the Old City was turned over to the Vatican.

He said I must talk to the headmaster of the Yeshiva, Rabbi Goldstein.

An hour later, I was honored by a call from Rabbi Goldstein. Soon, however, I was in despair. As far as he knew, the Vatican wanted to turn his school into a money making tourist site and the Ministry of Tourism was being enticed by the prospects of millions of Catholic tourists visiting Israel to see the Last Supper room.

I did my best to wake the Rabbi. I told him that tourism was the facade, not the issue. I tried to explain the global forces using their muscle to get the Jews out of Jerusalem's holy sites. I noted that the government of Israel was the worst enemy of Judaism and that he must block the entrance of their representative with whatever force he could muster.

However, as with the Rabbis of Gush Katif, my words were wasted. Mount Zion will give up without a real fight. You watch.

Nonetheless, the truth marches on. A brilliant Jerusalem-based German-born historian, Dr. Asher Edar, also honored me with a conversation. Vive le difference:

BC - Why is the Vatican suddenly so interested in getting its hands on Mount Zion real estate?

AE - There's nothing sudden about it at all. In fact, the roots of the desire go back 1200 years to the time of Charlemagne. He was the Vatican's military tool for converting Europe to Roman Catholicism. He succeed magnificently and created what is known as the Holy Roman Empire but what was then called The Holy Roman Empire Of The German Nation. Charlemagne's capital was at Aachen and there he built his first cathedral.

BC - Excuse me but, so?

AE - Next to the yeshiva on Mount Zion is the Dormition Abbey, built by the Germans starting in 1906. It is an exact duplicate of Charlemagne's Aachen Cathedral.

BC - How did that happen?

AE - Kaiser Wilhelm II came to Jerusalem in 1898 to build two churches, a modest Lutheran Church of minor religious significance and a magnificent Catholic structure on Mount Zion. In 1898, the ruler of a nation didn't make such a difficult journey to a diplomatic backwater unless it was extremely important. The Vatican was worried that the British had an operating church in Jerusalem and its presence could solidify and spread. The Vatican provided much of the funds for the trip and the bribe to the Turkish Sultan, Khamid. Since Wilhelm had a Protestant population to appease, he put up a smaller Lutheran church as well, but the real prize was Mount Zion.

BC - Why all the money and trouble if the Vatican gets the real estate? What was in it for Germany?

AE - Germany has never given up its dream of reviving the Holy Roman Empire. At the height of that empire, their greatest king, Frederick the Great, marched into Jerusalem and became the city's king. Jerusalem was once part of the Holy Roman Empire and the dream is that it will be again. In this empire, the delineation of powers was strict. The pope was the spiritual leader, but the political leader was whoever ruled Germany. This dream led straight to World War I.

BC - Where do the Jews fit in all this?

AE - Nowhere. Herzl tried to get a role for the Jews and met with Wilhelm in Jerusalem. Wilhelm would have nothing to do with him. His goal was to save Jerusalem for a Christendom led politically by Germany and spiritually by Rome. Nothing has changed except now the pope is a determined German. The Vatican want the Jews out of the Old City and apparently our government is agreeing with them.

On the insistent demand of the new pope, Gregory IX, Frederick embarked on a crusade (Sept., 1227), but fell ill, turned back, and was excommunicated.

In 1226, by means of the Golden Bull of Rimini he confirmed the legitimacy of rule by the Teutonic Knights under their headmaster Hermann von Salza over the Prussian lands east of the Vistula, the Chelmno Land.

At the time he was crowned Emperor, Frederick had promised to go on crusade. In preparation for his crusade, Frederick had, in 1225, married Yolande of Jerusalem, heiress to the Kingdom of Jerusalem, and immediately taken steps to take control of the Kingdom from his new father-in-law, John of Brienne. However, he continued to take his time in setting off, and in 1227, Frederick was excommunicated by Pope Gregory IX for failing to honor his crusading pledge - perhaps unfairly, at this point, as his plans had been delayed by an epidemic. He eventually embarked on the crusade the following year (1228), which was seen on by the pope as a rude provocation, since the church could not take any part in the honor for the crusade, resulting in a second excommunication. Frederick did not attempt to take Jerusalem by force of arms. Instead, he negotiated restitution of Jerusalem, Nazareth, and Bethlehem to the Kingdom with sultan Al-Kamil, the Ayyubid ruler of the region.

THE TEUTONIC ORDER OF HOLY MARY IN JERUSALEM

Some forty knights were received into the new Order at its foundation by the King of Jerusalem and Frederick of Swabia, who selected their first Master in the name of the Pope and Emperor. The knights of the new confraternity had to be of German birth (although this rule was occasionally relaxed), a unique requirement among the Crusader Orders founded in the Holy Land. They were drawn predominately from the noble or knightly class, although this latter obligation was not formally incorporated into the rule until much later. Their blue mantle, charged with a black cross, was worn over a white tunic, a uniform recognized by the Patriarch of Jerusalem and confirmed by the Pope in 1211.

The waves of German knights and pilgrims who followed the Third Crusade brought considerable wealth to the new German Hospital as well as recruits. This enabled the knights to acquire the Lordship of Joscelin and, soon thereafter they built the castle of Montfort (lost in 1271), the rival of the great hospitaller fortress of Krak des Chevaliers. Never as numerous in the Holy Land as either the Hospitaller or Templar Orders, the Teutonic knights were nonetheless a formidable power.

John Paul II's Letter for 1,200 Years of Aachen Cathedral

VATICAN CITY, JAN 31 (ZENIT).- John Paul II referred to the ties that unite the Catholic community spread over the world with the Church of Rome and the Holy City of Jerusalem, in a letter to commemorate 1,200 years since the construction of Aachen Cathedral, an event which was celebrated last Saturday and Sunday in this historic German locality.

These are 4 precious relics that Jerusalem gave to Charlemagne and that recall "with profound reverence events in the history of salvation." The 4 relics are fragments of the newborn Jesus' diapers, the cloth Jesus wore around his waist on the cross, the dress Mary wore on Christmas Eve, and the cloth of John the Baptist's beheading.

The Dormition Abbey is a massive structure that rises on Mount Zion, just outside the Zion Gate, and resembles a mighty fortress; it is topped by a high, domed belltower, a conical dome and corner towers. This Benedictine Basilica, built over the site where Virgin Mary is said to have fallen asleep for the last time (Dormitio - from here one of the apocryphal writings describing this event). It was completed by Kaiser Wilhelm II at the beginning of 20th century based on plans by Heinrich Renard who used as a model the Carolingian cathedral of Aix-la-Chapelle.

The Room of the Last Supper lies just outside the Dormition Abbey behind the Franciscan house on Sion. The whole area has been transformed by religious Jews into various Yeshivas (Schools of the Torah) especially due to the devotion for the Tomb of King David which is believed to be located beneath the Upper Room.

When Herzl met the Duke of Baden, the Kaiser's uncle, he tried to persuade him of the importance of a meeting with Kaiser Wilhelm for the Zionist cause. For the rejection of Herzl and the race against Britain for Jerusalem real estate, Turkey and Germany paid a heavy price. In 1910, the Dormition Abbey was completed. Within a decade, Germany and Turkey were defeated in all out war, and Britain was in Jerusalem alongside Herzl's Jews.

Certainly it is rhetorical. rather than actually ask a question, it presupposes more than one hypothetical and is posed not in addition to the discussion of zundl the racist, but regarding Israel's "right to exist".

Well, on the surface that sounds very knowledgeable. And I do support a two state solution. However I don't think an ethnic-religious Zionist state is sustainable in that region. It is an artifact of colonialism that will ultimately have to expand or develop along the lines of genuine citizen equality. Demographics alone will force the issue.
