Since 1997 this man whom claims to be a "Chemtrail" debunker has Stalked literally hundreds if not thousands of people on the world wide web and through public correspondence in an effort to harm,humiliate and document those individuals whom have simply disagreed with his assertions of what the phenomena known as "chemtrails" is all about. He claims that what we are witnessing is "an INCREASE in contrail formation due to increased aviation traffic". So I Decided to agree with him and ask him this one very simple question.

Why wouldn't those in oversight consider the utilization of already-existing emissions from any of a number of source points if they're (already) the right kind of emissions (i.e. already quantified as net-cooling) for mitigation of greenhouse gas net warming?

so far folks this man has not answered truthfully but instead has chosen to keep up with his kookish stalking behaviour because if he answers this question truthfully it would mean an end to his "Chemtrail" Debunking Career and it would also mean that he would no longer have an outlet that allows him to "TERRORIZE" people for SADISTIC KICKS.

I have been personally harrassed and threatened by Mr. Reynolds via e-mail since December 16, 2000. I do not know how Mr. Reynolds got my private e-mail address, but I am telling you this to make it clear that his "contact" was entirely unsolicited by me and has been a source of considerable anxiety. On advice of my attorney, I have saved all copies of the e-mails in question for possible litigation purposes and will submit copies to your staff should they require further evidence of Mr. Reynolds' use of the Internet to "insult, defame, and libel" a now significant number of individuals.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Would you kindly respond to this message and let me know what action you have taken to remove the above-referenced material from your server?
