It is going to be up to us in Europe to build a focus for rational citizen action outside and in opposition to the sterile game of 'weirdo vs debunker' that is apparently the only type of discourse on offer in the Land of the Free (the mecca of Free Speech).

There is a difference between Jim Phelps' and Raynolds' orientation to all this. Jim Phelps would not be against something better existing.

He cannot himself help to get us beyond the 'weirdo vs debunker' game. But he is concerned about humanity and about our planet and he wishes the best for us. He doesn't want to stop other people from helping us more effectively than he can.

Raynolds does. Every element of his being strains day and night to prevent such a development. But it is a task that is beyond his power.

Well Reynolds is a no show for interviews.

On this program I got into the Fluoride/HPA Axis factors and the enzyme cascage failures that leads to mutation in 2-5A RNase L.

What was interesting is one of the caller's wife is a microbiologist and she looked up this mechanism and stated that I was right on the mark for what is happening.


Facts are facts, but one has to have a higher level of science background to get into the details of which I speak many times. In this case, a caller had that background in science and checked the research and found the same as I.

I had never spoken to them before, so there was no bias.


Interesting program, lots of them tend to know that places like national labs hide 20 years of science. What you see today was known in the labs some 20 years ago, and what is known inside the labs today won't become public for 20 years or so.

It is like the Area 51 stuff----the aircraft you see in public today were all classified 20 years ago. The new stuff today, won't become public for another 20 years.

Science at national labs follows much the same game.

From what I see, the "network" consists only of scattered coverage in Tampa, Florida, and a 100milliwatt low power fm pirate station.

I doubt that this is true. Raynolds is skilful in exploiting the propaganda misconceptions that are still in the minds of the majority of Americans, even those who think of themselves as being in opposition.

He might have a harder time in Europe, where the stigma attached to him as a climate-change debunker would (and does) complicate matters for him.

But in general Raynolds has attuned his methods to the practices and the psychology of populations who gain their information, and who communicate, through the 'media' (i.e. through channels presided over by journalist-priests). It is real-life action networks involving face-to-face contact that are less susceptible to his particular variety of distortion and less penetrable by him.

Jim Phelps' radiation expertise led to his working on secret projects for FEMA-COG designed to keep SAC bombers going in event of war and to report the extent of damage across the US due to a nuclear attack. The system designed to report to the "Mt. Weather" Eisenhouer underground nuclear bunker complex near Winchester-Berryville, Va. and used "Meteor Scatter" systems that would work even with the extreme infrastructure damage and atmospheric ionizations effects from a full nuclear exchange. It would be the only reporting system the president could use to assess the damage rates across the country in near real time.


Due to this broad range of activities, Jim Phelps became the first person at ORNL to spot the problems of rising UV-b radiation effects on Ocean's Cloud Systems due to this varied experience in radiation projects and human health monitoring.

Jim Phelps found that essentially the big problem was not the bombs, but the carelessness in making the bombs due to leaking Freon from the cooling systems of high enriched uranium production processes. Lots of the damage came from the carelessness of DOE's contractors like Union Carbide, and resulted in the world's biggest fear of radiation damage effects on the planet and its population. The Manhattan Project actually nuked the planet rather silently via the high levels of Freon loss leading to the Ozone Hole effects and the higher levels of UV-b radiation damaging the phytoplanton processes that support cloud seeding methods over oceans that keep the surface cooler.


Because of the many cover ups at ORNL on varied issues, Jim Phelps wrote a letter about fraud at ORNL that was published by the Oak Ridger Newspaper, that lead to the FBI raiding ORNL and finding various problems with fraud. Six months of Subsequent investigations lead to former Pentagon types like Ray Wiltshire's removal as ORNL VP and persons like ORNL's Charlie Mossman of the I & C Div. being removed from management and pushed out the ORNL back door.
