This thread is instituted to highlight and allow the holes in Jim Phelp's claims to come forward.

I have done this to allow him to respond, or not, as he chooses.

A non-response can only indicate that he has no evidence for his claims.

Obfuscation can only be interpreted as an admission that he has no evidence supporting his claims.

I am giving him the chance he should have, and in no way intend to silence him.

His claims include the following personal ones, for which he has provided no proof whatsoever:

Jay Reynolds starts a new thread in the reactive mode from which he now cannot escape, not only in relation to me, but in relation to everyone posting here.

It is time for Jay Reynolds to admit comprehensive defeat.

Everyone here will help him to have a soft landing.

Then we can move on.

Jay Reynolds appears to be trying to cut and run from several other discussions on Arianna's where he has lost the discussion due to dishonesty and lack of ethics. He is like some paper hanger caught trying to skip town from these other discussions he has obviously lost bearing down his neck.

Looks to me like Jay Reynolds is a corrupt idiot and a proven liar. He can't keep up in simple discussions of chemistry. Or better, that he won't keep up with the honest discussions to keep up his dishonest disinformation tactics.

Jay Reynolds is despirate to avoid the truth of this basic mechanism of atmospheric aerosols.

The Polar molecule Alumina is the cloud forming agent in aluminum chemtrail methods.

Even Mother Nature knows alumina's special affinity for water, as bauxite (which is alumina mostly) has a lot of water hydration. Similarly, any alumina has a very high affinity for water. Both are polar compounds (water and alumina) and alumina will highly attract water in the atmosphere.

Lots of the acids in the atmosphere are also polar compounds and have a very high affinity for water, hence they are called hygrosopic.

One can easily see this polar molecule hygroscopic effect around Oak Ridge when HF vapors are released due to UF-6 leaks. Every time HF is released to air, its polar characteristics make for huge hygroscopic effects and dense white fogs of water vapor forming. One can see the same effects from coal smoke's acids and air inversions that make the poison fogs around Denora and other sites that kill people.

Same effects happens when alumina compounds were released from Jet Planes, and when the alumina naturally meets up with the acids in the aerosols of the air, it forms even more hygroscopic compounds and lingering white clouds to reflect IR radiation. The rain out of the acids into the soils caused far worse problems than aluminum compounds from the air. The use of aluminum techniques have been superceeded as the acid levels in the air are reduced and other polar compound techniques are being employed.

This is a method to compensate for the loss of the phytoplankton sulfur cycle products like DMS and SOx compounds that form clouds naturally. Such processes and others like them make jet chemical emissions a little more friendly toward global warming problems. Which is the reasons visible chemtrails are allowed to occur.

One can look in chemical reference books and spot several C-H-O based compounds of aluminum that are soluble in oil and jet fuels and even take note of the ethyl corportations making of metal alcohols that do the same.

The Al process even works with water vapor injection into the compressor zone, which highly increases jet engine efficiency and lowers emissions problems still further.

Thus, it is now shown why Jay Reynolds wants to ignore the factors like coal smoke inversions making cloud fogs, because this polar compound effect is what makes the clouds form. The polar compound effects of acids in the air from coal smoke make the aerosol particles. Similarly, alumina can cause the same problems and when it comes into contact with these acid aerosols even enhances the effects and forms larger particles.

Thus, all the really easily realizable science behind how polar compounds form aerosols in the atmosphere, shown now with many common sense examples.

And the clear reasons that crooked Jay Reynolds is attempting to avoid the discussion of polar molecules like alumina and its affinity for water and water aerosols in the atmosphere.

If Jay Reynolds acknowledged this polar molecule mechanism's existance, it sends him to the pits of Hell via a meteroric fall from grace with the big red flames of a one- way express down-elevator, with no return ticket.

Obviously, Jay Reynolds is caught fleeing once again in attempts to lie and avoid discussions of the common sense examples of atmospheric aerosol sciences of polar compounds.

Now that Jay Reynolds true colors of being a GOP crook are showing up loudly in red letters. It cames time to dump him and his misinformation tactics from honest discussions.

Jay Reynolds can't even comprehind (really openly admit) how alumina attracts water vapor, let alone comprehind cellular cytokines and HPA axis effects on human health.

I am just around to toss out the real information about global warming's principle drivers to expose the crooked GOP Bush environmental criminals like Jay Reynolds.

Keeping associations real simple on factors like Clean Air Act impacting the emissions of acids that form cloud aerosols from coal emissions are going to become Jay Reynolds' undoing on CTC, as they put two and two together there. Its not real hard and its totally common sense.

Alumima is not a real difficult concept either and there is lots of "Down to Earth Examples" to illustrate its polar mechanism. That one has become Jay Reynolds' undoing also.

US citizens should not be disenfrachised from their rights to be involved in public decision making processes on the massive harm that industry has and is causing in the world today.

Certainly not by Sod-Buster GOP crooks like Jay Reynolds and his flow of lies.

If anyone sees Jay Reynolds attempting to conceal climate change effects on the rainfall patterns of the US tied to changes in coal emissions, they should also report Jay Reynolds for Patriot Act problems by intentionally setting up higher risk factors to jet aircraft transportation via propagation of intentional misinformation.

There is the option of Reynolds admitting that he does not KNOW chemtrails do not exist, and in exchange Jim Phelps admitting that not all of his utterances that Reynolds has highlighted in big red letters necessarily stand the test of scientific inquiry.

Failing this, there is just going to be sterile repetition.

Reynolds has lost, but given that we have no power over him, this fact has no significance until he himself admits it.

Jay Reynolds has been disarmed, everyone knows his game of bunk-shooting. He only fools the occasional newcomer, but they soon see the light.

Now Jay Reynolds becomes a simple practice medium to teach people the problems and show them how GOP types seek to deceive them.

There is nothing wrong with Jay Reynolds hanging around and spinning his wheels. He will bust a few veins and we'll all have some fun with his frustrations with not being believed.

He has become delusional to even think anyone pays him any mind, as he gets more and more exposed for his misinformation games.

I don't know how realistic that expectation is, but it would certainly be the most desirable outcome.

WMM's insights or hopes for Jay Reynolds are off. Jay Reynolds knows the whole story on the environment and that it is very bad news for the GOP's industries. The only way the GOP can deal with it, is to conceal it from the public view.

The basic truth is industry has damaged the environment massively, and also they have hushed up that most of the population is living on the edge of health problems from pollutants. GOP industries hide the immune system parameters from public knowledge.

Time for you to explain why you don't know climate sciences, and mislead everyone on simple sciences of things like bauxite being hydrated alumina.

Nature's processes tells one that alumina polar characteristics likes to hydrate and this plays a role in the weathering of aluminum in nature leading to bauxite deposites.

Same basic technique works in the skies that mother nature does in the ground.

Nano-materials of alumina make excellent hydroscopic aerosol and cloud seeds, and mother nature has been doing the same since the beginning of time.

Jay Reynolds spends lots of time coming up with Junk Ideas and misinformation to cover up the simple fact that man has totally screwed up him enviroment.

One can now see the kind of oxymoronic statements that can only come from an idiot like Jay Reynolds.

Just about all the formation of AlFx compounds stems from wet aerosols in the air or similar happening in streams and lakes. HF simply does not occur in the air without being part of water aerosols. And the aluminum is much the same.

So, if one rules out aqueous solutions----one puts on total blinders to the processes that form AlFx compounds. And even on the same process happening within living people.

Such a rediculous constraint rules Jay Reynolds too stupid to even comprehind the processes. This kind of blatant stupidity has become the rule for Jay Reynolds' involvement in anything. Which means Jay Reynolds can't take into account the study of Limnology, the study of aquatic systems with acids, metals, and even UV-b in recent times. Jay Reynolds simply can't read the works of Dr. Robert Wetzel of Michigan State University, who was one of the greats in the field of Limnology. Jay Reynolds does not want to read in the prime field that actually studies the aquatic problems.

It gets down to Jay Reynolds simply does not want any truth known, and only flawed science he attempts to dictate is the only thing he reads. Jay Reynolds lives in a world of his own delusions.

Limnology persons, like Dr. Robert Wetzel and his students, highly influenced the findings at ORNL on the ocean's phytoplankton problems due to UV-b problems.

Jay Reynolds can't even take into account the G-protein discoveries that relate to AlFx problems within humans, and these are aqueous solution issues of biological creatures. So, Jay Reynolds level of absolute stupidity rules out even works of Nobel Prize winning science.

Bottom Line----one can't do much with a total idiot like the delusional Jay Reynolds except point out the obvious fact that even pigeons know Jay Reynolds is just another Out-House.

Just looks like more of Jay Reynolds games of taking things out of context, and even trying to do some death threats with this sticking knives in veins styled hate wording.

Supervisors in Oak Ridge many times did not fit the discription, they only pushed papers to get money out of cost centers. Many did not know what you were doing and didn't ask.

So, as usual there is more to any story than Jay Reynolds ever represents. Such is the way of GOP crooks.

Obviously Jay Reynolds has never worked for a National Lab and seen some of the real issues of Cold War nuclear programs.

When one does one finds the management in many causes doesn't have a clue about some of the research details, they only push the paper. In those times, some of the managers were old and were just trying to get to retirement. The system was taking care of them and their loss of performance in old age. They basically just made sure you had a pay check every month and not much else. They didn't really care what you were working on, just so long as a cost center kept money in the till. Thus, this is not about true management.

In many areas there can be need to know issues of which the managers don't wanna know.

Often the needs decisions for work are made outside of the OR line management, and the so called managers don't care as long as the money keeps coming in.

In working for FEMA-COG projects, a number of things were off the books. It is how black projects tend to work. The money just gets funneled into varied project's tills.

When I would disappear to certain sites, my ORNL managers knew I was gone, but little else. Nor could they ask specifics on where I was. The few that knew only spoke in veiled codes. Whispers of Camp Davida, and such. The cold war projects were interesting and dining with the bunker managers was fun too. Some sites, even the food service workers need top secret clearance. And for a long time, these sites don't officially exist.

So for most things, at ORNL, I had no real managers. Only people putting money into cost centers, which isn't really about management----its more like accounting.

You learn to become your own project manager and get around these high places finding more money for their special needs. Oak Ridge was a place were lots of things were off the books and all the managers did their best not to pry. In doing this style of management, lots of problems festered. ORNL had problems with slow cookers in their waste tanks, which were covered up. The entire Oak Ridge site had serious problems with fluorine releases and toxic metals, which was cover up. And such gave me these loosely termed managers that only pushed paper, because the long term toxic effects did little for their power to become real managers.

The fella that is most in the know and with the connections leads the show, and that was myself for a number of things on environment problems and long range planning. In Oak Ridge, what is officially acknowledged as known vs what is really known are to vastly different things. This becomes especially so, if there were extreme liabilty and costs involved. So, when you work on the real problems, the sleepy managers are often limiting themselfs to what can officially be known or admitted on the books. And for these serious and sensitive problems, you effectively have no managers. But you got lots of money, and that is what counts.

It was a system highly based on corruption in Oak Ridge, and it damaged worker health and local environments. It appears the Bush Adm. is attempting to clone the ORNL system of management of late.

Reality IS that Jet planes never used to massively grafitti the skies with persistent clouds, but they do now.

Reality IS that environmental damage by man is real, and not only are emission compensation methods happening for coal but likewise for jet plane emissions.

Reality IS jet planes are not flying with the same old fuels or the same old jet engines.

Reality IS jet planes have never released only water, but lots of chemicals including CO2, NOx compounds, soot, and etc..

Reality IS that coal plants use catalysists and other methods to modify their emissions, and the similar techniques are being used with jet emissions.

I believe that, like e.g. Edward Teller, what he was looking for was a way to preserve his own
'Cold War' mentality. The Cold War was based on the scenario that, despite the incredibly conciliatory nature of Soviet diplomacy, the Soviets really represented 'a threat'.

Whatever they did, they were 'a threat'.

And it is true that they did make a mistake getting involved in the nuclear arms race in the first place, a mistake they could not undo by having a conciliatory diplomacy, any more than Oppenheimer could undo the mistake he made working on the bomb, by going 'against it' afterwards.

Beria was always paranoid about nuclear weapons. He thought the Americans were feeding nuclear disinformation, not nuclear secrets, to the Soviets, so as to get them to waste their resources on tecnnology that would not work. In fact the US was feeding information that enabled the Soviets to build nuclear weapons, but the effect was the same as what Beria feared: an incredible, suicidal, destructive waste of Soviet resources and scientific talent.

Gorbachev always refused to shake hands with Teller, and the antipathy must have been mutual, because Gorbachev was spoiling Teller's game. By single-mindedly 'depriving the US of its enemy', even if this meant that the Soviets had to start telling lies about themselves, Gorbachev was making life difficult for people like Teller who wanted to keep the same old game going forever.

But as it turned out Teller succeeded in modifying the game in such a way as to protract it for a
whole new historical period. He simply turned it upside down. He embarked on the game of 'the weather as weapon', where the trick was not do generate hysteria by the fake 'threat' of nuclear war but to generate denial, by filling the sky up with aircraft engaged in spraying operations, and making it taboo to notice them.

Raynolds has been a collaborator in this Teller scenario from the beginning, as a natural by-product of his Cold War mindset. He even uses the term 'chemmies' for people who want to break the taboo by finding out what the planes are doing, just to emphasise the continuity.

WMM, I'm afraid I can't comment on these matters the way you want. The sincere views of your milieu are something you know about but I do not. I assume that Reynolds has been cynical all along, and also stupid enough to believe that one can keep winning just by persisting in a simple-minded aggressive reflex, throwing onto the other side the burden of 'proof', just as was done during the Cold War.

Of course nowadays Americans are becoming more and more concerned to be able themselves to DISPROVE what the conspiracy theorists say, not to demand that the conspiracy theorists PROVE it. The frightening notion that the conspiracy theorists may after all be right is beginning to prey more and more on American minds, I would say.

It was JIM PHELPS who was all that time using it as a diversion away from answering pointed questions about his claims. Nobody is so stupid to have not realized what was going on.

I documented my degree in engineering and my work experience in the field in response, and turned the table on Jimbo, who was stymied once again and refused to show any evidence whatsoever that he has ever had any work experience at all. Indeed, he has never proven that he ever even went to school at all!

Now, Wayne, when you go before those climate scientists you say you hope to influence, you had better become aware that the critique Jimbo made of your statement is extremely inadequate, and it would be instantly recognized as utter poppycock by any qualified scientist in any discipline. Jimbo's credentials, therefore, will come into play, as will your own.

Despite what you may hope is accurate information, what you have gotten is far from it. I have offered to correct your mistakes, and still await a substantive response to my proposal. Before you can even get a foot in the door with scientists, they will want to know the credentials of whom they are dealing with. Some Tyrone out of the hills of Tennessee who claims he's "next to God" just won't cut the mustard, and a man who won't even name his credentials, or hides them, is no better. One who can't get basic facts and figures straight is worse than none at all.

So, if, as you say, you aren't planning on using Jimbo as your "whistleblower", very good, he really has no whistle to blow, as evidenced by his performance here, you might as well give him the boot.

That said, what you need to think about now is the sort of "poison pills" his rantings and mistakes have gotten you into and brother, they are legion.

Maybe Siegmund will straighten them out for you, but you've got to let things evolve as they must, becasue where do you really want to find out your worst mistakes, here in the relative privacy, albeit "on the record", or to get laughed off stage somewhere more public?

Meat) to develop a mandatory "National Animal Identification System".

However, most small scale livestock producers, people who raise
animals for their own food, and people who keep horses or livestock as
companion animals do not know about the USDA's plans.

The NAIS will drive small producers out of the market, will make
people abandon raising animals for their own food, will invade
Americans' personal privacy to a degree never before tolerated, will
violate the religious freedom of Americans whose beliefs make it
impossible for them to comply, and will erase the last vestiges of
animal welfare from the production of animal foods. . .

Every person who owns even one horse, cow, pig, chicken, sheep,
pigeon, or virtually any livestock animal, will be forced to register
their home, including owner's name, address, and telephone number, and
keyed to Global Positioning System coordinates for satellite
monitoring, in a giant federal database under a 7-digit "premises ID
number." . . .

Every animal will have to be assigned a 15-digit ID number, also to be
kept in a giant federal database. The form of ID will most likely be a
tag or microchip containing a Radio Frequency Identification Device,
designed to be read from a distance. . .

The plan may also include collecting the DNA of every animal and/or a
retinal scan of every animal. . .

The owner will be required to report: the birthdate of an animal, the
application of every animal's ID tag, every time an animal leaves or
enters the property, every time an animal loses a tag, every time a
tag is replaced, the slaughter or death of an animal, or if any animal
is missing. Such events must be reported within 24 hours. . .

Third parties, such as veterinarians, will be required to report
"sightings" of animals. In other words, if you call a vet to your

If you do not comply, the USDA will exercise "enforcement" against
you. The USDA has not yet specified the nature of "enforcement," but

Eradication of Small Farms - People with just a few meat animals or
40-cow dairies are already living on the edge financially. The USDA
plan will force many of them to give up farming.

The NAIS is touted by the USDA and agricorporations as a way to make
our food supply "secure" against diseases or terrorism. However, most
people instinctively understand that real food security comes from
raising food yourself or buying from a local farmer you actually know.
The USDA plan will only kill off more local sources of production and
further promote the giant industrial methods which cause many food
safety and disease problems.

Extreme Damage to Personal Privacy - Legally, livestock animals are a
form of personal property. It is unprecedented for the United States
government to conduct large-scale computer-aided surveillance of its
citizens simply because they own a common type of property. (The only
exceptions are registration of motor vehicles and guns, due to their
clear inherent dangers - but they are registered at the state level,
not by the federal government.) The NAIS would actually subject the
owner of a chicken to far more surveillance than the owner of a gun.
Surveillance of small-scale livestock owners is like the government
subjecting people to surveillance for owning a couch, a TV, a lawnmower.

Will the government next want to register all cats, dogs, and
parakeets, and demand the global positioning coordinates of their
owners' houses and apartments?

Envision this -- a plan by a private group of universities and colleges to control the global weather on command, supposedly, only for the benefit of mankind. Does this sound too farfetched to believe? Well, start believing, because it is here today, and the future is now.

A flurry of magazine and news articles cropped up in October on Dr. Ross N. Hoffman's vision to design and implement a central command post for the world's weather control activities. His vision is "within the next 30 years there will be a Global Weather Control System that could influence the weather through the use of contrails (condensed water vapor produced at high altitudes by aircraft), a fleet of solar reflectors orbiting the Earth, wind turbines and microwave energy from satellites," so says an article by Explorations TV, BBC Worldwide. http://www.explorations.tv/human_6.html

Hoffman seems to have the credentials to fulfill his dream with an undergraduate geology degree from Brown University, a master degree in mathematics from Boston University, and a Ph.D. in meteorology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After graduation, he was employed at the Goddard Laboratory for Atmospheric Sciences, and he's also served on the National Research Council Committee on the Status and Future Directions in U.S. Weather Modification Research and Operations.

Today, Hoffman works for Atmospheric Environmental Research, Inc. (AER), a research and development firm in Lexington, Massachusetts. NIAC contracted with Hoffman to design a weather controller, "a feedback control system to control the global atmosphere, and the components of such a system . . . providing a scientific basis and system architecture to actually implement global weather control."

Presumably, the need for such a system stems from the chaos theory on the Earth's atmosphere, a view held by many scientists. "A chaotic system is one that appears to behave randomly, but is, in fact, governed by rules. It is also highly sensitive to initial conditions, so that seemingly insignificant, arbitrary inputs can have profound effects that lead quickly to unpredictable consequences," according to Hoffman in his October 2004 article in Scientific American, Controlling Hurricanes.

This chaotic behavior of the atmosphere is exactly what enables it to be controlled. "It is the very instability of the atmosphere's dynamics that makes global weather control a possibility. Extreme sensitivity to initial conditions implies that small perturbations to the atmosphere can effectively control the evolution of the atmosphere, if the atmosphere is observed and modeled sufficiently well," Hoffman explains in the NIAC contract award.

In an October 2004 Red Cross Disaster Relief article by Christina Ward, Controlling the Weather: Disaster Prevention of the Future?, Hoffman goes more in-depth, "Humans could theoretically create small changes in the atmosphere, and these changes could make big differences in the behavior of weather systems. . . The implications would be major . . . Just imagine: no droughts, no tornadoes, no snowstorms during rush hour . . . Although many weather control projects by numerous countries have been performed and documented, the early experiments in the 1960s focused on "cloud seeding techniques – then the only practical way to try to affect the weather . . . with silver iodide particles dispersed by aircraft."

Hoffman's goal is different because it coordinates the Global Weather Control System into one network and uses sci-fi techniques. An "array of earth-orbiting solar power stations" would beam the Sun's energy to Earth via "microwave receivers on the ground" to generate the huge amount of energy that's required to change the global weather.

"For weather control, however, tuning the microwave downlink to frequencies better absorbed by water vapor could heat different levels in the atmosphere as desired." Hoffman notes, "Raindrops strongly absorb microwaves . . ."

To begin the process of making alterations to the Earth's climate, Hoffman recommends changing some everyday activities, "such as directing aircraft flight plans to precisely position contrails and thus increase cloud cover or varying crop irrigation practices to enhance or decrease evaporation."
