When you're "Coming to blows" namecalling is a natural part of the exchange. And it appears that nothing short of blows can cause a Pub to see the light. A plus is their love of getting physical (Not the big boys of course. They have that done for them). Bush just makes his wishes known and the short haired guy with the "Cowboy Up America" T shirt handles the hoodings and the beatings. That's where a terrorist can make hay.
