So leo, you have no problem with Joe lying. Do any democrats have any integrity?

I'm figuring Joe's mother was probably nothing more than a whorre. How else could she have produced someone who is a liar and has absolutely no conscience.

It's too bad no one will call Joe on what he has done. To hell if you contribute your time with kids with cancer or the mentally retarded, old Joe wants to play politics of hatred and lies. What a disgusting human being.

This is a post by TayKen and what he has called my dead mother. He can't get to me any other way, so he resorts to attacking my dead mother in a post where I am examining the rules of the game of politics laid out by the Repugs in their attacks on the Clintons.

While I agree with "Joe Dawson" that Tayken is lower than low, but still finding newer, lower ways to lower lowness, I think Tayken lines up pretty solidly with Josey Wales, RoofDog, two_iron, Noooorm, Kehvan, Woody, Syd, Michael Feinburg, and (your name here, sorry I missed you!) for typical reich-wing vapid repeat-after-Rush Saddam-ate-boogers Bush apologia, and as such should be allowed to remain as a continuing example to the children of America as to who to beat up on the playground.

Free speech is good, but Tayken is not here to exercise free speech. he is here to ridicule and belittle.

He rarely offers any solid topic for debate, and he cuts people down and attacks them without provocation.

I am tired of his shit. Not because he is a fascist neo-con, but because he offers nothing insightful on this forum. I have seen many other cons on the board at least offer insightful debate and forego resorting to an immediate attack just because they disagree with waht is posted.

Tayken merely answers everything he disagrees with attacks, and does not even offer any good argument.

Is this forum for political debate or flaming? All Tayken does is flame. His presence here is a scourge. He denigrates this field of debate with uninspired hate.

some of these people are so very close-minded they make you feel that they are not worth debating-i agree. i keep waiting for their light bulbs to come on about our gov't, our history and our place in the world-considering our history and our current gov't. why can't they realize we have been lied to A LOT by all the administrations of the past, the cost of these lies has been people's lives. this particular administration is way ahead of all the others in it's arrogance. how can those that do, continue to support this?.. anyway, my point is- we need these people, if we got rid of them-who would we debate, each other? that could get boring. especially when i consider that i have not been engaged in debate with hardly anyone. i guess i'm being agreed with-no debate? mmmmnn :roll: :lol:

I believe that it is the job of the moderator to keep things civil. The rules of the board say that this is part of your rules.

As everyone has already said, Tayken makes ad hominem (personal) attacks on people who express opinions. This has the effect of stopping the dialogue (again and again). I appreciate thoughtful, opposing opinions and welcome the chance to discuss ideas and to have new learning happen on both sides.

Tayken's approach is to ridicule and talk down to anyone he disagrees with (which is virtually everyone here). His signature confirms that he is here to frustrate Liberals. Not that I mind that. It's just his method, which is to run this forum like his own personal Rush Limbaugh show.

I have taken to ignoring his posts, but I really suggest that some gate-keeping (i.e., excluding Tayken) would make this a much better forum. After a few of his posts in a conversation, the conversation part seems to stop and everyone is busy replying to his pomposity.

If you guys can't keep it a civil (NOT HOMOGENEOUS) environment, I don't have any further interest in putting energy into this site.

PLEASE bring this up with Robb (the head moderator). I know that you guys want to allow a diversity of opinion, but I think this is important for you to insist on civility. Look at Tayken's posts. See if you don't see the same pattern I'm suggesting. Civility is the last thing he brings to this place.

This is seriously about the most disingenuous post I've ever read. With the non-stop flaming on conservatives over the last couple of weeks, either this guy has his head in the sand, or is a hypocrite of the first magnitude.
