Okay -- here's the deal...

I don't get involved in minor spats in the "Current Events" forum as everyone is feel to express themselves and their opinions. However, the "Suggestions Box" and "Abuse Reports" are now going to have a different 'vibe.'

Moving forward, these two Miscellaneous forums will require everyone to be on their best behavior. No name calling, mud slinging, etc. These forums are to exchange ideas, thoughts and support -- not jabs. :)

Administrator, I want to register a strong complaint.

Poster Yat-Yas has now crossed an important line... as I have avoided responding to many of his mindlessly insulting posts full of profanities and foul language.

He has now used a Private Message to carry on his attack encroaching on my privacy.

This is unacceptable behavior and I will not tolerate it.

I take the use of a Private Message to get to me personally as threatening and bordering criminal behavior.

Administrator, this is simply an UNACCEPTABLE behavior!

This kind of behavior cannot and should not be tolerated if the AO forum expects to be a respectable forum.

Please let me know what the Administration will do.

IMO, a formal action is in order here... to serve a notice to other "feeble minded" posters like Yat-Yas, that this great AO forum will not allow such lowly behavior in intruding in the privacy of any poster with such lowly act.

Needless to say that I am not going to take this breach of my privacy.

It is apparent that characters like Yat-Yas do not deserve to be part of a forum such as AO... as clearly demonstrated crossing that fine line of decency and respect of other posters privacy.

If you read the two abrasive insulting posts just after your original one that I quoted - it looks like anything goes and all is OK. I don't see this on other forums and those of us who want to talk about issues will probably just leave this forum. I noticed that condescending attitute many times readying over this forum. Too many personal attacks...

Well, I've got one for you, SylviART .......... when you still were not here yet, there was a certain moderator here who would make a point of posting to every thread I would start just to berate me and question my integrity as a person, much less a poster. He even singled me out for 3 posts which now appear in my User CPR which give me points which I presume are against me for daring to mention his name in a post. That's why I'm referring to him as nameless in this post to you.

Had the moderator assumed a certain professionalism in his role as moderator, I am sure I would not have had to publicize his harrassment of me. But I felt his behavior was singular, hostile and discriminatory, since I noticed he WOULD give free passes to some of the inexcusable excesses from the right wingers who most often post rabid and disgusting attacks.

So now I have 3 posts against me showing up on my record as well as 2 others which deal with the fact that I mentioned other forums besides AO in some posts, although I did not mention those sites by name.

When you have this animosity to you as a poster not only from the insults of the objectionable right wingers who are out of control as well as a moderator who must have had me on buddy tracking to make personal attacks to me alone and not on a few other posters as well except those on his "poop" list, isn't something wrong with things here at AO??

Please answer me as this atmosphere has made me want to quit coming here to post although other posters who are friends persuaded me to stay awhile.

Can the moderators restrain themselves a bit (a lot?) from their own personal bias until they return to an individual posters' status??? Thanks, JTR :confused:

My own view is that rules ought be strictly & consistently enforced, or abandoned. If there are jerks who "stalk" me from thread to thread, or put my handle in their title, it's just free advertising, & the Ignore function still works.

I have noticed that the worst offenders, are the worst crybabies when they're on the receiving end.

Dear Arianna's Administrators,

I want to lodge an offcial complaint concerning my being personally attacked on an Arianna Forum called "It is not nice to fool with Mother Nature."

The curent line of personal attacks toward me are calling personally abusive terms like delusional, paranoid, fear consumed, and not based in reality. These personal attacks are based upon my simply telling my history of involvement in the chemtrails and climate change issues at a prominent national lab. These type words are attacks on me personally and not on the line of information and the proofs that I deliver in the threads discussions.

I have been laying out the simple science of how there is a chemtrails science and global warming remediation methods. I have been using volcano related sciences as the starting point, since this process formed the atmosphere baseline.

This information being presented appears to be very threatning toward the persons that insist upon denial that these methods and sciences really do exist. There are some interesting connections to old world histories that support the claims, and connections to religion that these persons seek to suppress from being discussed using words of hate and personal attacks. These extreme personal attack diatribes are religion attacks in origin, because it exposes some problems in religion beliefs. Since the thesis is being logically supported and is dismissing the false claims of these persons, their mode to dismiss the information is to personally attack the presenter.


These personal attacks on this forum's list started with my very first listing on the forum and are centered around some individuals that tend to use all kinds of ugly methods to run persons off, rather than hear their views and see the information thesis that supports the contentions. It is one of the most extreme lists for constant personal insults that I have seen in my 8 years on the Internet.

The list has consistently supported an environment that has been extreme and has consistently allowed these unsavory persons to personally attack persons for expressing their views and the proofs for their views.

Some of the first modes of attempts to run me off started with one person using my real name on the forum, which was never introduced by myself. There have been a pattern of similar methods used to run persons off, rather than allow logical presentation of data and inducement of logical and polite interactive discussion.

Since these type personal attacks are strictly against the Arianna Forum's rules, I officially request these persons be removed from the list for the long standing pattern of personal attacks that are now ever more extreme.

I have voiced similar complaints about this list in the past and not seen any actions taken. It appears the moderators have ignored making these persons follow the rules and there appear to be differing stardards of rules based upon sex. The previous complaint was over one person telling that he would stick a knife in chemtrail activist veins and drain out their blood. Later words like decapitate chemtrails activists were stated. Such have the appearance of intimidation, if not a threat.

I would appreciate it if the Arianna's Forum staff would seek to clean out these people that personally attack persons using false claims that they are delusional, paranoid, lost from reality, etc., in support of their common claims that all persons the support chemtrails exist are delusional, paranoid, and lost from reality. This is a list based on an extrme group of indivividuals attempting shout down tactics to force their agendas onto other persons.

This is a sad posting from one who is expecting WAY too much from the members and the administration.

You and your ideas, even the proof you've alleged that you offer, will be held up to ridicule.

Look around you. You got caught in a rainstorm and got swept into the gutter and are now heading for the sewer. My advice to you would be to go to another forum where this stuff will be appreciated. Long winded posts make the eyes glaze over for most unless they are really interested. If you have the facts, stand up for yourself and ignore the usual insults that all of us get. If it gets foul-mouthed then that is another story altogether. But no one will do anything about that either, except you. There is an ignore list you can use.

I latched onto this rather late....very late.

Lets face it like hundreds of other forums this one will NOT enforce many of its own policies. A good comparison would be if you were walking down a street and a couple muggers jumped out of the alley and in the ensuing fight you were shot twice and stabbed 11 times and the knife left buried in your back. When you tried to file a report with the police they tell you that you should not have been in that part of town and besides 2 guys have filed charges against YOU for stealing their knife! Bottom line personal attacks, vulgar/profane posts will not be stopped because its what gets a good arguement going and people like it. And I bet like most towns/Counties the "Sheriff" may be on the take or under those who have the final say . Our complaints will be ignored, mocked and ignored just like civility and decency. On that I'm outa here....................
