There is an old man who comes into the Barber Shop regularly. He is tall, handsome, has a full head of beautiful white hair. He’s been coming in for ten years now. At first he used to bring in a guitar and play some of his favorite songs. He had a full life and it would take a book to tell you all, but his favorite “hobby” is entertaining a group of children with his silly word game songs that delight anyone. The laughter and joy in the faces of the children fill him with too much joy. He always has tears in his eyes.

He was in his late seventies when we first met. The period between seventy-five and eighty-five is a period much like the early part of life, but in reverse. At ten you are a child. At twenty you can have a family of four. I did.

He can barely walk now but the sad thing is the depth of his broken heart at what America has become.

He brings us oranges and grapefruits from his back yard and a banana nut cake every time his wife bakes. I drew up his last will for him and for his wife. I did paralegal work from the Barber Shop like “Ed” does from the Bowling Alley.

His name is Lee Younger. He is the great grandson of Cole Younger, the outlaw that rode with Jesse James. We have had a ten-year conversation about the true history of that legend.

It isn’t a secret, it just isn’t acknowledged “officially”. We only believe what the Emperor says, not what we see. They were loyal soldiers of America who believed the “dream” of freedom. They were sold out after the Civil War. They returned to find their homes and families destroyed and the land in someone else’s name.

They may be “outlaws” to the criminals in Washington, but they are freedom fighters to me.

If Cole Younger genes are in Lee Younger, it is the salt of the earth that the scum in Washington put on their food.

A couple of years ago my father and I played golf with Lee. We played his last game with him. It nearly killed him to finish eighteen, but he did it. He never would give in easy.

He literally can’t talk to me anymore without weeping. My heart breaks that he is so afraid for us. I promised him it would be OK.

It’s in my WILL.

I am watching a PBS classic on Napoleon. He was such a “little” man. No wonder he found that being a better butcher made the Pope happy.

I say that because I channel surfed and came upon a classic, Bishop Fulton Sheen, “sermon”. It comes from the archives in Rochester, New York. They have the Fulton repository there.

He was bellowing about the magnificent golden ring Pope Pious VII gave Napoleon for being a better butcher, and making the Vatican Bank richer. Somehow he failed to mention that in his sermon.

When Napoleon meets Josephine he is so impressed with himself (in the classic film) he sweeps her off his feet. Something tells me that he was such a great general because Josephine laughed so hard when the “little” guy drew his little sword.

It reminds me of J. Edgar Hoover, and James T. Russell, former State Attorney for Pinellas County Florida,

Both men were sawed off versions of real men, they also look like trolls.

Every time I go to Washington D.C., I piss on the name Hoover that disgraces the FBI building. He, with his red dress on, held this country hostage for over fifty years. He and the mob jointly ruled America for the Crown with absolute authority. Ask Chaplin.

James T. Russell did the same thing in Pinellas County for at least thirty years. It may seem like small potatoes in the great scheme of things, but it is not.

Ask anyone who lost a loved one on U S 19 in Clearwater, Florida. Or anywhere else along that killer road. It should have been an expressway thirty years ago but our “County Commission”, ruled by the great dictator, Charles Rainey, protected by his lifetime, ”Buddy”, James T. Russell. Get the circle jerk?

I wrote to Dan Rather in 1977. I wrote to 60 Minutes in 1977. I wrote Dan Rather again in 1991. I watched a 48 Hour special on CBS in 1991. I wrote to Phil Jones, who did a piece on James T. Russell in Pinellas County Florida. He was guilty of falsifying evidence that sent a Black man to death row for twenty years. He was freed on “new evidence”. Too bad the E-Grapevine didn’t exist then.

I keep all my letters:

RE: James T. Russell

Dear Mr. Jones:

I mailed a package to you on 5-7-91. Enclosed is a more complete, and I hope, easier to understand compilation of facts and newspaper articles. If the story or my intentions are unclear please give me an opportunity to explain.

I believe that this true story is a prime example of what is destroying this Nation. It needs to be told. If one County can expose and get rid of the Public Officials and other professionals, who comprise what can only be described as an organized crime gang, maybe others will be able to do likewise. I believe that almost every crisis facing America today can be traced to this kind of Official Organized Crime.

This may all sound very complicated and even too far-fetched to believe. It is not. It is true. It is simple. It is organized crime in the in the truest sense of the term. If this kind of corruption is not identified, exposed and corrected, we are doomed to spiral toward a quality of life not worth living.

Please look this package over. I know you are probably busy, understaffed, over budget, etc. However this will be worth your time.

Thank You,

Believe it or not he called me back. He asked me one question, “Are you an attorney”?

I said no, what does that matter?

He didn’t say, but he did hang up.

Well, it’s 2003 and I just snail mailed Mike Wallace a note asking him to look at ariannaonline.com.

Maybe the E-Grapevine will make the Net big enough to catch the sickest trolls that ever lived in Hell. More are in power here still.

We’ll see.

By the way, Phil, Dan, Mike, my brother, son, and sister-in-law passed the Bar. My nephew graduates St. Thomas Law school next year. He already is an accountant. My neice is going to law school in Scotland. My cousin Karen Glover was a Public Defender for Pinellas County for ten years. She is in private practice now. Ask her about the "system".

America is on the verge of Fascism.

My brother works with Jonathan Alpert. You might look him up in Martindale Hubbard.

Does that help now?
