The only people I think should be banned are those who make threats of violence, post someone's true identity, or crash the board with spam.

My guess is that Lib does not have the sole discretion to ban someone. I would hope that it is a shared decision.

If this is true, consider the post-source here, it would best serve the greater prospects if at least the relevant points- the straw that broke the camel's back, were dislcosed. Perhaps M.Feinberg has simply become too non-member like, or perhaps M.Feinberg had become a threat to this chatsite or someone here.
