While I like a good name-calling as well as the next person, I think the manners displayed on the threads I've looked at as a new member are atrocious. Who bother talking about something if it's going to be a shouting match with words that mean nothing but insults? Moderators need to be in place with some power. The people on the Blog comments have more manners.

Think of us miscreants as composing an intellectual mosh pit.

And it's a free speech zone, with very few exceptions (like posting personal threats or threats against family members, tho those rules aren't often applied that I have seen.)

Just gotta love it or leave it, I guess. ;) :lol:

Sam: What bothers me the most is that in trying to get through the green eggs and ham, one can never get to whoville.
