I have written incessantly about the symbiotic relationship between church and state. The argument about whether we are a government that separates church and state, or a government that is essentially a theocracy in wolf’s clothing.
The law in America allows any one to declare them self a church. The church of scientology has been under attack from the Federal Government since it was founded. They were accused of being a “phony” church just taking advantage of the church-state compact that allows churches to not only pay no taxes, but allows secrecy surrounding the income and disposition of funds.
Lawsuits against the Vatican Bank have been universally defeated within the legal system for reasons that make Alice in Wonderland’s Queen of Hearts seem a rational and fair jurist.
A major lawsuit involving the survivors of the Holocaust proves that the Vatican Banks Franciscan Monks, formed the bureaucracy that implemented the removal of the Jews in Poland, selling off the confiscated properties, and sending the proceeds to the Vatican to make payments on Hitler’s loans.
One was just dismissed this spring. Emil Alperin, et., al. v Vatican Bank. The Judge, Maxine Chesney, stated:
"For the reasons expressed, the Court finds that plaintiffs claims present political questions that are not justicable and, consequently, must be dismissed. Indeed it is the very magnitude of the horrors giving rise to plaintiffs' claims and of the war in which they arose that places those claims beyond the purvue of this Court. As one court has recognized:
It goes without saying that the events which form the backdrop of this case make up one of the darkest periods of man's modern history. At the same time, however, it must be understood that the law is a tool of limited capacity. Not every wrong, even the worst, is cognizable as a legal claim." That is nuts. This travesty must end. A new book out titled, "Hitler’s Pope", is must reading. The Vatican Bank in Rome, The Swiss Banks, and all the banks financing the war machines of the last thousand years were not touched by any tyrant including Hitler. It is not because Hitler was afraid of God or respected the Vatican "Bank". His fatal flaw was placing his future in the hands of these banks. He lost the War When they cut off his financing. He was a puppet.
The Church of Scientology has been successful in keeping its “church” status because the law has to be consistent. The very same reason the Feds call the Church of Scientology a fraud is the same reason they use to validate “Christian” churches. And in America, all other “legitimate “churches.
My point is that anyone of us, no everyone of us, can declare ourselves a church, follow the legal guidelines for making it legal, and enjoy a tax free income that can’t be attacked by anyone. “Ethical” Judges will just as fiercely defend your church like Maxine Chesney defends the Vatican Bank or the bank that is the Church of Scientology.
We are a de-facto theocracy in the worst sense of the word. We are a hidden theocracy that claims to separate church and state but is so dependent on the secrecy afforded the “church” banks that it is ridiculous to see it any other way. Just ask Lincoln. He said they were a worse enemy than the rebel south.
The public only accepts what is official and legitimate when they read it in the paper. The Kennedy sex scandal that never was official until after his death was common knowledge on the grapevine. We knew Jack and Jackie were like Bill and Hillary but the press kept the Camelot fraud going while it was convenient.
It is the same with the church-state fraud. We know better but won’t accept reality until the thieves exploiting the fraud admit it. Fat chance. They will have to be confronted with a mob of people demanding an end to the fraud, an opening of the books, and allow the legal channels necessary for justice to prevail.
When that chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court placed those granite tablets of the Ten Commandments on the courthouse steps, that is what he was saying. I am writing to him to explain what he has to say and how he has to say it to convince Christians that God has been co-opted by a system that uses his authority while eliminating any morality whatsoever in their legislation or practice of law.
It cannot be both ways. You can separate church and state for tax reasons and access to their secret banks, but you also have to honor those commandments you base your authority on. That is truth, which leads to justice, which is the so-called American way.
That is what has been lost in America. It is called ethics to avoid the religious edict not to lie. That edict has been negated by the adoption of corporations with the same rights as individuals under the law, but exempt from having to be Christian, or even moral, in their day-to-day activities.
We are constantly being told that there is no place for religion in the courts or government. We are told that the justice system is a body of amoral laws and that you may not expect justice or morality from the courts. Just cold facts, rules, and procedures.
It’s a fraud. The courts get their authority from the “render to Caesar” demand from Jesus, but there is no reciprocal demand that Caesar implement the laws based on the same edict. They can’t have it both ways, but they do now.
My brother practices law in Tampa at one of the most prestigious law firms there is. He works with, and for, Jonathan Alpert, Esq. Jonathan was the administrative court judge handling workman’s compensation cases in the 1980s. He wrote the book on workman’s compensation. You can find it in any law library. His father wrote the first edition.
They practice Americans with Disabilities law. The vehemence that the court fights the implementation of this law is frightening. 99% of the lawyers in town and 100% of the judges hate it so much they are constantly trying to take the law license away from any one who practices ADA law.
It is not taught in the law schools and is not part of any ongoing legal education course we have been able to find in Florida. That is not accidental. The ADA does what religion can’t. It puts mercy in the justice system and healthcare to the forefront. It is a secular vehicle that can achieve what religion can’t. Ethical and humane treatment of any disabled person instead of the opposite like we have now.
The media helps the charlatans keep the system as it is by not talking about it like I do. I am vilified and called insane for simply stating the obvious. The Emperor has no Clothes. I can see it is a naked fraud. You must see it is a naked fraud and not be afraid to speak up.
The government can keep the church-state separation fraud going with all my blessings if it will also honor those laws with honest intent and reciprocate with faith in the people.

The European members demanded that we actually honor the treaties we signed on to and put the ADA into law in America. The first Bush Administration put it through to get the war started. Implementation of the law is almost impossible. Most people think it is just about wheelchair ramps. It is much more than that.

The reason little Bush went alone is because he didn’t want to concede anything as horrible as the ADA to get a second Gulf War coalition. The old Europe forced the humane intent of the ADA on Papa Bush. Baby Bush will have none of it. He wants the “new” Europe of Baltic States that loves brutality and doesn’t care about ADA or anything but brute force. That appeals to little George. It is not appealing to the rest of the world.
I will say it again for the umpteenth time, The E-Grapevine will expose the fraud and force tyrants like little Bush to run and hide from his shame. Jonathan, my brother, son, and my brother’s wife all work together twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to turn the present system on its head and force implementation of the ADA. It shouldn’t require a war against the body sworn to uphold the law to actually do so.

It could be fatal for a man in his public position to even try. It won’t be good Christians that kill him. It will be Bush Christians that will kill him. There is a difference. One is sincere in his love for God and humanity, the other is a wolf in sheep’s clothing using God to kill and rob.
That is the truth. Separation of Church and State is fine as long as the bargain between the state, and the people’s faith in god’s order to obey them, is not abused as it is now. Why the fierce fight against a judge with honest intentions? Treachery, terror and lies. That is what rules America and adherence to principle is scoffed at as weak.
The whole world knows this and that is why they hate us. The intentions of the opposing church banks is just as insidious. Both sides are frauds, both sides kill their own people, both sides will impose tyranny on the world. It is only the awakening of the masses and the exposure of this sick game that will end it. It cannot operate in the dark as it has throughout written history. The E-Grapevine is the brightest light in history and no rock can provide a shadow to hide under.
In the new film by Mel Gibson on the life of Jesus he has a scene where Jesus stomps a snake to death. Sometimes killing the snake in the Garden of Eden is preferable to being terrorized by it. When he got violent with the temple bankers, he got crucified.
We, the collective cowards that make up the mob, let it happen. We’re no better.
The new savior will be everyone who knows and understands the truth and tells Caesar, no more. It is time to honor your contract to be a good Shepard in God’s absence, not a tyrant using his authority to slaughter the innocents.
