He's sucked in this administrator hook line and sinker I'm afraid. I'm guessing he's biding his time until he figures out how to actually crack this site and lock out the appointed moderator.
Please don't assume that I am "sucked in... hook line and sinker." I plan on being fair and impartial -- which requires me to be very careful and level headed in making decisions. Please give me a chance to do my job here before you make up your mind that I am a lame duck. ;)
He's still registered as JayEsbe, and also GreenDragon. He has 77 bloody posts in only 3 days as Kehvan.
I have done some research into your concerns, as the above accusations are very serious if true. As of now, I have found nothing in the web access logs, IP address entries for each post and each log-in to suggest that the users you mention are the same. That should be good news to everyone.
I know that you may still might have some doubts, but please at least consider the possibility that these people are not the same. If you can do that, I will also promise to keep a watchful eye on things to make sure that I catch any impersonations or other dishonest behavior.

Well Robb, if you take the time to go through the old forum posts, copy all the handles and accompanying IP addresses of LOL@LIBS, "WWWWWWWWWWWWW"and Kehvan, and read his ADMISSION as to his guilt, his intent, and his claims of being unstoppable, you'd NEVER have allowed him in here. He is the ONLY KNOWN and proven spammer, and all his pathetic attempts to ingratiate himself to you HERE, are utterly sickening to someone who's watched him for more than 6 months and kept track.
The bottom line is that this is a guy who said he wanted to "stick a broken bottle up Arianna's !@#$%" and who claimed to be sodomizing his own father, and YOU let him in against not only all advice from me, but a MOUNTAIN of proof I emailed you.
I have been the most active in exposing him, and he certainly DID register here as "JayEsbe" to repay me for my efforts. He did it in the hope that he'd get BOTH the fake and the REAL Jay Esbe tossed off of here, and he succeeded immediately. He mearly used a throw away email address.
One can also easilly discern his current multiple ID's in addition the JayEsbe here because they NEVER appear as online at the SAME time as "Kehvan".
I would like you to remove "JayEsbe" (NO SPACE) from this forum. No one has any business impersonating me, whether you think it's him or not. I know that it is him. I've got him all figured out after a LOT of frustrsation he caused to everyone over a very long period of time, and he is a complete SOCIOPATHIC personality who lies like a rug at every turn.
I'll tell you now, I predict that if you are not able to ID him under all of his multiple handles here, he WILL attempt to actually hack into this forum and bring it down. Given the format, he'll probably succeed, as many other forums running the same format have successfully been accessed and ruined by malicious people on the net. It's not apparently a very secure forum. I'm no expert on this, but I do know of two other forums just like this that were taken out by hackers.

As far as I'm concerned what he is doing is defamatory (http://injury-law.freeadvice.com/libel_and_slander/defamation_character.htm) and illegal.
I realize that for those that are 'left of center', I may be a thorn in their side, and I never back down from an argument, but Jay Esbe is attempting to purposely destroy my reputation and to keep people from associating with me.
This libelous behavior has crossed a line.
Please make it known that he doesn't have to converse with me - fine. He doesn't have to like me - that's fine too. But he is saying things about me that can be factually proven untrue, and it needs to stop.
All one needs do is inspect the server logs for the old site to prove his charges are false.
